These Terms of Service and Sale (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites operated by Muramasa Entertainment LLC (“Muramasa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including any related domains, stores, or services (collectively, the “Website”). By accessing the Website or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Us
Muramasa Entertainment LLC is a Utah limited liability company operating in the United States. We sell physical goods, including new, used, refurbished, and specialty electronics, as well as related accessories and content-driven products.
2. Eligibility and Use of the Website
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on this Website. You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
3. Product Categories, Descriptions, and Condition
Muramasa Entertainment LLC may offer multiple categories of products across its websites, including but not limited to:
- New products (including original designs and manufactured goods)
- DIY kits or assembly-required products
- Used or refurbished products
- Vintage or discontinued electronics
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe products, including their condition and any required skill level.
A. New Products
Unless otherwise stated, new products are sold in new condition. Any applicable limited warranty will be described in the product listing.
B. DIY Kits and Assembly-Required Products
Some products are sold as kits and require assembly, soldering, configuration, or other technical skill. These products are intended for individuals with appropriate electronics experience.
By purchasing such products, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Proper assembly requires competence with the tools, materials, and techniques described or implied
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary skill level before beginning assembly
- Damage caused by improper assembly, modification, misuse, incorrect installation, or use outside documented specifications is not covered
- Muramasa Entertainment LLC is not liable for damage to consoles, third-party hardware, power supplies, or other equipment resulting from incorrect assembly or installation
Support for DIY kits is limited. Documentation provided in product listings or downloadable materials constitutes the primary support resource. We may, at our discretion, provide limited clarification, but we are not obligated to provide step-by-step build support, troubleshooting services, or individualized installation guidance.
Returns for DIY kits are accepted only if the kit is unassembled and in original condition. Once soldering, modification, or assembly has begun, the item is considered used and is non-returnable.
If a kit contains a verifiable manufacturing defect prior to assembly, we may offer a replacement of the defective component or board at our discretion.
C. Used, Refurbished, and Vintage Products
Many items sold may be used, refurbished, vintage, or discontinued, and may show cosmetic wear, age-related behavior, or functional limitations.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product listing:
- Such products are sold as-is and as-described
- Manufacturer warranties may not apply
- Compatibility with modern equipment, power standards, displays, or software is not guaranteed
It is the buyer’s responsibility to review product descriptions carefully and ensure the item meets their needs before purchase.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to acceptance by Muramasa. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including due to pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud.
A contract is formed only when we confirm shipment of your order.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. We do not store full payment card details.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
6. Shipping
We typically ship orders within 7 business days of order confirmation. In some cases, processing may take up to 14 business days, particularly for refurbishment, testing, consolidation, or high-volume periods.
Shipping times provided by carriers are estimates only. Muramasa is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
Orders are considered delivered when tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
7. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
Certain products may be designated as final sale, non-returnable, or as-is at the item level. Any such restrictions will be clearly disclosed in the product listing.
A. Order Cancellation Prior to Shipment
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by submitting a clear and explicit cancellation request through our standard support channels. A request for information (such as a shipping date inquiry) does not constitute a cancellation request.
If an order has not yet shipped and a cancellation request is received and confirmed by us, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Once an order has shipped, it may no longer be canceled and will instead be subject to our return policy below.
B. Preorders
Certain products may be offered on a preorder basis. Estimated shipment dates or fulfillment windows will be provided in the product listing.
All preorder shipment dates are estimates only and may be subject to change due to manufacturing, supply chain, development, testing, or other unforeseen factors.
We will provide reasonable updates regarding significant delays when applicable.
Preorders may be canceled for a full refund at any time prior to shipment unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product listing.
C. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Items must be returned in the same condition as received
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Certain items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to:
Clearance items
Items sold explicitly as non-returnable
Digital goods (if applicable)
DIY kits once soldering, modification, or assembly has begun
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective on arrival or materially different from its description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Upon verification of the issue, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund of the purchase price, in accordance with applicable law. Our intent is to resolve legitimate defects fairly and in good faith.
9. Intellectual Property
All Website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, software, and documentation, is the property of Muramasa Entertainment LLC or its licensors, unless otherwise stated, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer or payment provider, you agree to contact us directly to attempt to resolve the issue and, where applicable, request cancellation or refund through our standard support channels.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us and providing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, including formally requesting cancellation prior to shipment where applicable, or filing a chargeback for a matter that has already been resolved, may be considered abusive or fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to:
- Contest illegitimate chargebacks
- Provide documentation to payment processors and financial institutions
- Refuse future orders from customers who have initiated abusive or fraudulent chargebacks
- Maintain internal records of chargeback activity for fraud prevention purposes
Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
18. Voltage, Region, and Compatibility Disclaimer
Many products sold by Muramasa Entertainment LLC involve legacy electronics, region-specific hardware, or devices designed for particular voltage standards.
By purchasing such products, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for verifying voltage compatibility (e.g., 110V/120V vs 220V/240V) before connecting any device to power
- You are responsible for verifying region compatibility (e.g., NTSC, PAL, SECAM, region-locked software or hardware)
- We do not guarantee compatibility with modern televisions, adapters, upscalers, converters, power supplies, or other third-party accessories unless explicitly stated in the product listing
- We are not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect voltage selection, improper power adapters, or incompatible equipment
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure safe and appropriate use of all purchased products.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Muramasa Entertainment LLC regarding use of the Website and supersede any prior agreements.
