Order Questions

It’s been a few days and my order is still showing as ‘Processing’. What’s going on?

Processing times for order can be up to 7 days. I try to keep it below that but sometimes it’s unavoidable.

My order failed with AVS Mismatch. How do I fix it?

AVS stands for Address Verification System. My store checks with your bank to make sure that the address gave us matches what the bank has on file. Most times correcting your billing address will fix this error.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from the United States.

What Countries do you ship to?

Currently we are trialing shipping to the following countries. Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greenland, Guam, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Poland, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland,  Taiwan, and the United States.

Can you ship to Australia or the United Kingdom?

We have re-enabled shipping to Australia and the United Kingdom on a trial basis.

Do you collect VAT?

We don’t collect any VAT this is process by your country and any taxes and fees must be paid by the customer before delivery.

Can you ship to Brazil?

Currently I’m not sure the best way to safely ship to Brazil.

My country isn’t on the list. Can I still order?

Yes, you should still be able to order using a shipping forwarder.

My order status changed to ‘On Hold’. What’s going on?

This means your payment is awaiting review. I may need to get additional info from you to verify the transaction.
